Intake Eval was born from years of seeing the same pattern: strong resumes, confident interviews, then poor real-world execution once the person was in the seat.

The idea came from a cofounder, an ACCA-certified accountant with more than 15 years of experience across accounts and regional hiring for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and administrative roles.

After too many hiring cycles, she kept running into the same frustration: candidates would look strong on paper, speak well in interviews, and then struggle to perform the actual work they claimed to know.
